I conducted qualitative research for a travel company, created personas, and uncovered key insights into traveler engagement and purchasing behavior. The following case study describes the challenges, actions, and results of conducting this study.

Create personas and provide thematic findings to understand traveler engagement and purchasing behaviors.
Present findings to stakeholders.
Lead researcher, facilitator, and note-taker.
Find research participants.
Synthesize data from 3 individual interviews and 1 dyad interview (i.e., a total of 5 participants).
The ideal and actual contexts, dynamic, and approach are outlined below. Several constraints did not allow the "ideal" methodology to be met, and thus a different dynamic and approach needed to be done to complete the study.
Each persona embodies all 5 participants into differentiating behaviors, attitudes, emotions, challenges, and characteristics.
